You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that Nikota Co. Ltd. has collected through our applications or website.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to info@nikota.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

Your full name

Email address associated with your account (if applicable)

The application(s) from which you want your data deleted

Any additional information that helps us identify your data

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 14 days of verification. In some cases, we may need to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations; we will inform you if this applies to your request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

Your account data (if you have an account)

Usage history associated with your identifier

Any personally identifiable information we hold

Note: Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
