Nikota Co. Ltd. is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. These standards apply to all applications and services operated by Nikota Co. Ltd.

1. Our Commitment

Nikota Co. Ltd. unconditionally prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or facilitates abuse of minors across all our platforms and applications. This prohibition is absolute, non-negotiable, and applies to all users, developers, and third parties interacting with our services.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited in all Nikota applications and services:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

Content that sexualizes minors, including illustrations, animations, or written material

Grooming behavior — any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors

Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes

Trafficking of minors or content facilitating such trafficking

Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent

Any content or communication that endangers the safety or well-being of children

Users who violate these standards will be immediately removed from our services and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates these child safety standards, please report it immediately:

We treat all reports with the highest priority. Upon receiving a report, we will:

Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours

Investigate the report promptly

Remove violating content immediately upon confirmation

Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Thai authorities as required by law

4. Enforcement

We enforce these standards through:

Content moderation and review processes

Immediate account suspension for confirmed violations

Permanent bans for severe or repeated violations

Mandatory reporting of CSAM to law enforcement and NCMEC

Cooperation with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation

Nikota Co. Ltd. cooperates fully with all lawful requests from law enforcement agencies in matters related to child safety.
